PURPOSE:To eliminate an erroneous input to be caused by the shift of a display touch detection of a touch key, etc., by constituting the titled system so that when a touch input is executed, a key which is touched at present can be confirmed by a voice, and a key input can be determined by releasing a finger. CONSTITUTION:Corresponding to a touched key, a voice synthesizing part 12 outputting the voice of this key is provided on a key decoder part 2, and also, a CPU 4 is provided for decoding a key code corresponding to a key, when a key displayed on a touch panel is touched, and also, executing each processing for inputting the key at the time of touch-off, as a final selecting key of an operator is provided. In such state, the corresponding voice of the touched key is outputted, and also, a selection of a key input is determined at the time of key touch-off. In such a way, the generation of an erroneous input caused by a parallax of a display area and a touch detecting area, or an erroneous input generated due to a fact that the touch detecting area cannot be made large enough is prevented.
