PURPOSE:To obtain the titled speaker with high productivity equal to a cone type speaker by bonding an assembly of a voice coil and a damper to a case whose frame is bonded to a magnetic field part after a flat diaphragm and a coupling cone are bonded and bonding the assembly of the diaphragm and cone to the tip of the coil. CONSTITUTION:A coupling cone 3 is bonded to the center of the diaphragm 5 by using a jig. Then the voice coil 1 and the damper 2 are bonded to form the assembly. Then a frame 6 is bonded to the magnetic part 4 comprising the plate A7, the magnet 8 and the plate B9 and the assembly is bonded to the case. Then the adhesive is applied to the tip of the voice coil 1 to bond the assembly of the diaphragm 5 and the coupling cone 3. Thus, the drying process of the coupling cone, voice coil and damper assembly is not required to improve the productivity.
