PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has excellent thixotropic properties and gives a film having excellent strength, by blending a compsn. mainly composed of an organopolysiloxane with specified TiO2 powder and optionally carbon black. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. compsn. (A) mainly composed of an or ganopolysiloxane is blended with 5.0-150pts.wt. TiO2 powder (B) having a primary average particle size of 5.0-100mmu and a specific surface area of 20m<2>/g and optionally, 0.5-5.0pts.wt. carbon black.
