PURPOSE:To effectively manufacture a product with the excellent quantity by inserting cross bars in an inserting grooves of respective main bars and further, joining side bars to a grating frame which is formed by welding respective inserting places. CONSTITUTION:Many lines of main bars (b) which are formed at equal intervals on the rectangular inserting grooves 1 are provided in parallel to the upper edge and cross bars (c) are laid on the inserting groove 1 lines respectively. The grating frame is assembled and then, the resistance welding is performed to fix the grating frame. Next, side bars (f) are pressure-welded to the edges of the grating frame. The excellent product can be effectively manufactured by this method.
