PURPOSE:To sweep away print contents and enable a printing surface to be used repeatedly, and to records and store the contents on a sheet as necessary by providing a line printer which reads document contents and prints them on the printing surface and a constitution which move reciprocally the line printer in a direction orthogonal to the printing surface. CONSTITUTION:The contents of a document 18 read by an image scanner 18 are printed on the image printing surface 3 by the line printer 8 in a moving frame 9, which is returned to its original position and the printing surface 3 is lighted by a lamp 2 and an image is projected by a projecting machine 17. A sweeping part 11 is brought into contact with the printing surface 3 and the image is swept away by by movement of the frame 9 to enable the printing surface to be used repeatedly. Further, the image is printed on a sheet as unnecessary and the sheet is cut and stored.
