PURPOSE:To improve impedance mismatching in a connecting section, and to simplify even connection work by laying the inner and outer lines of coplanar type strip lines connected to the inner and outer lines of coaxial type input/ output cables to each of a pair of grooves being opened to an outer edge and consisting of a deep section and a shallow section. CONSTITUTION:The title connector is constituted of the inner line 1 and outer line 2 of a coaxial type I/O cable 10, the inner line 3 and outer line 4 of a coplanar type strip line, an silicon card 5 used as an integrated-circuit loading substrate and V grooves 6, 7 at two steps formed to the silicon card 5 through anisotropic etching. That is, the V groove 7 on the outside is deepened and opened at the outer edge of the silicon card 5, and the V groove 6 on the inside is shallowed and continued to the deep V groove 7. Niobium is used as a blank for the strip lines 3, 4, and the characteristic impedance of. the strip lines 3, 4 is set at the same value as the I/O cable 10. Accordingly, the I/O cable 10 is inserted into the groove sections, and the outer lines 1, 2 in the grooves are soldered and fixed under the state in which the outer lines 1, 2 are fast stuck to the inner and outer lines 3, 4 of the strip line.
