发明名称 FUEL REFORMING TYPE CATALYTIC BURNER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to perform smoothly a transfer from preheating of a reforming catalyzer to partial combustion, by a method wherein a gas supply duct is divided into two ducts and a solenoid valve is provided on one side of the two ducts. CONSTITUTION:A flame is formed on a flame opening plate 7 through an ignition plug 8, a reforming catalyzer 6 is preheated, this exhaust gas is supplied to an oxidizing catalytic mat 4 from a product gas supply duct 11 through a product gas discharge opening 10 and the oxidizing catalytic mat 4 is preheated up to a temperature of 60-100 deg.C, in a fuel reforming device. In thid instance, a solenoid valve 14 is kept as it was interrupted. Then when the reforming catalyzer 6 is heated up to a temperature of 700-900 deg.C through preheating, the solenoid valve 14 is opened and gas is supplied from a nozzle B so that the sum total of gas quantity of the nozzles A, B becomes 0.25-0.45 at a logical ratio to an air quantity. With this construction, the reforming catalyzer 6 is transferred quickly from preheating to partial oxidation reaction.
