PURPOSE:To reduce labor and shorten time required for generation of a cumulative file output program by generating cumulative data based on the data of slips and using an interpreter to perform the processing up to output of cumulative data to a cumulative file. CONSTITUTION:A picture record generating part 2 reads in a head, body, and tail from given slip and writes respective values in picture record area to generate a picture record and displays this record. A cumulative data output part 9 generates cumulative record, where the head and the tail are arranged in the head part of each detail, based on the picture record and outputs cumulative records to the cumulative file one by one.
