PURPOSE:To calculate the fatigue and rupture of a test piece due to bending and vibration within a short time, by allowing the mechanical force corresponding to the intensity of the current flowing to the coil in a magnetic field to act on the coil to generate a motion. CONSTITUTION:The coil 4 integrated with the frame 1 of an apparatus A by a vibrator 2 and a damper 3 is arranged in the space between the inner and outer ferromagnetic bodies 5, 6 being integrated with the frame 1 so as to be freely vibrated in the direction crossing the magnetic direction due to the magnet 7 forming an integral structure along with the ferromagnetic bodies 5, 6 in the space at a right angle. A fixing part 8 is provided on the vibrator 2 and a fixed element 9 is provided so as to be opposed to the fixing part 8 and a current control element 10 is short-circuited to the coil 4. Then, by allowing a current to flow to the coil 4 of the vibrator 2 in the magnetic field between the inner and outer ferromagnetic bodies 5, 6 due to the magnet 7, the coil 4 and the vibrator 2 are vibrated and the test piece C mounted on the vibrator 2 through the free side end part opposite to the fixed side end part thereof is bent and vibrated and the fatigue and rupture of the test piece C due to vibration can be calculated within a short time.
