PURPOSE:To raise the wear resistance, dynamic spring constant, and damping performance of plate spring by attaching a metal piece having excellent wear resistanc, e.g., of brass, between the plate spring of a fiber-reinforced resin in such a way as to make them contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A metal piece 6 having excellent wear resistance as a silencer S is provided between plate springs L of a fiber-reinforced resin. The metal piece 6 is made of a nonferrous metal, e.g., of brass, whose at least one surface is preferably subjected to soft nitration treatment such as Tufftriding. Since an uneven surface is provided on at least one side of the metal piece 6, dynamic frictional coefficient between the metal pieces 6 is greater and the dynamic spring constant of the plate spring 1 itself is also increased. Also, the damping performance of the plate spring is raised. Since the plate springs L are not contacted with each other, the wear resistance of the plate spring can also be raised. |
