<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate register without need for providing a particular register course by taking in a document into a rotary body after once making the end of said document hit against said rotary body and carrying out register at the time of feeding said document from above a platen to an inverting course. CONSTITUTION:At the time of feeding a document from above a platen 69 into an inverting course 43, the document is sent into the inverting course 43 after its end is once sent in and made to hit against send-in rollers 51, 53 and subjected to register. And, after the front end of the sent-in document is caught into inverting rollers 45, 47, its rear end comes off of the rollers 51, 53 and, then, after the front end of the document is caught into the rollers 51, 53, the rear end comes off of the rollers 45, 47. Thereby, even when a document which is corrected in its register at the time of being taken into the inverting course 43 is conveyed to the inverting course 43, the skew feed of the document will not take place in the inverting course 43, and can be sent out while being inverted upside down onto the platen 69. Accordingly, even when the there is no document stopper on the platen 69, the document can be set in a reference position in a small skew condition.</p> |
