PURPOSE:To make automation for locational operation attainable in an easy manner, by pressing an electrode support tube in the radial direction and deforming it at one end of a disc after inserting this electrode support tube into a support hole of the disc, and locating and supporting the electrode support tube and the disc. CONSTITUTION:After setting an electrode support tube 2 to the specified position to a disc 1 by a supporting mechanism, deforming blades 4-6 are moved as much as the specified distance inward in an arrow direction, whereby the electrode support tube 2 is deformed as far as the specified value from three directions and around an upper end face 1a of the disc 1, thus a deformed part 7, whose section is of equilateral triangular form, is formed up. And, the electrode support tube 2 is located to the specified position to the disc 1 by this deformed part 7. With this constitution, the electrode support tube 2 is pressed to the radial direction for deformation and it is located, supporting the disc 1, so that any other separate locating members are no longer required, and since it is simple enough in structure, locational operation is easily automateable.
