PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction caused by a water hammer phenomenon, by providing an output deciding means of a pressure sensor which is provided with a changeover valve of plural carrying paths for feeding water to a water tank from a pump, and provided on the carrying path, and an abnormal high pressure deciding means or an output maintenance deciding means. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of carrying paths for feeding water to a water tank from a pump are provided, and among them, one carrying path is provided with a pressure sensor 11 for detecting a hydraulic pressure of the water tank. Also, a changeover valve for connecting a discharge side of the pump and each carrying path is provided. An output deciding means 12 inputs an output of the sensor 11 and decides whether an output of an H level exists or not. Subsequently, whether the output of the sensor 11 exceeds a prescribed normal upper limit level or not is decided by an abnormal high pressure deciding means 13. Moreover, whether the output of the sensor 11 is maintaining an H level state or not is decided by an output maintenance deciding means 14. In such a way, the pressure detection is executed, and a malfunction caused by a water hammer phenomenon, etc. can be prevented.
