PURPOSE:To stably burn the excessive fuel gas and air in a combustion chamber and prevent cracks on partition walls from being generated by providing porous sections on a partition wall between the reaction chamber of a main body and the combustion chamber and a partition wall between an excessive gas chamber and the combustion chamber respectively. CONSTITUTION:The air and fuel gas are fed into a combustion chamber 33 and burnt from porous sections 21a, 22a provided on a partition wall between a reaction chamber 26 and the combustion chamber 33 and a partition wall between an excessive gas chamber 27 and the combustion chamber 33 respectively. Since the porous sections 21a, 22a show the catalytic action at a high temperature, the combustion in the combustion chamber 33 is stabilized even with the thin fuel gas. A preheating pipe 34 is connected to the combustion chamber 33 formed between a main body and an external casing 32, the air or fuel is preheated in this preheating pipe 34 and fed to the first raw material gas chamber 25, thus only the second raw material gas chamber 28 is kept at a relatively low temperature, and the other chambers are kept at a relatively high temperature. Only a tube which is free at the other end is fitted to the partition wall between the excessive gas chamber 27 and the second raw material gas chamber 28, and the partition wall is not connected and restricted to the other partition wall by a connecting pipe. Accordingly, cracks due to the thermal stress are not generated. |
