In a digital/analog converter based on the summation current principle and having stages which provide 2<n>-weighted currents and which have a gate employing I<2>L technology, a current-hogging circuit employing I<2>L technology, a multi-collector current mirror transistor and an amplifier transistor, the collector zone of the current-hogging circuit comprises a semiconductor zone which has the opposite conductivity type to that of the collector zone of the current-hogging circuit. Said semiconductor zone serves as emitter zone of the amplifier transistor, while the collector zone of the current-hogging circuit serves as base zone of the amplifier transistor and that semiconductor zone in which the semiconductor zones of the current-hogging circuit are situated serves as collector zone of the amplifier transistor.
