<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to rationalize and to realize high efficiency on the injection molding factory level by a method wherein the actuation of each injection molding facility is controlled by a local computer for molding facility and facilities, which are used in common by the respective injection molding facilities, are linked directly or indirectly through a separate computer to all the local computers. CONSTITUTION:In response to the production instruction sent from a production control computer 1, a host computer 2 reads facility conditions memorized in advance such as molding conditions, temperature data, product removing conditions, resin to use, mold number and the like so as to transmit read data to local computers 3a-3e, which control respective facilities. The computers 3a-3e control the actuations of molding facilities 4. In response to the production instruction, the computers 3a-3e read molding conditions necessary for the production of a molded item conformed from one of the molding condition files 6a so as to transmit them to the controller of the facility conformed. A local computer 3f controls a mold changing device 7 and a material transporting facility 8, both of which are facilities used in common by injection molding facilities and controls facilities, which actuate at the set-up, and has a set-up condition file 6b.</p> |
