PURPOSE:To elevate a processing efficiency, dispensing with the search and the sum-up processing of the data of a different value by developing the data, controlled in the direction of a line as the value of the same column on the different line, considering it to be the value of the different column on the same line. CONSTITUTION:An extracting means 23 extracts the directory information of a table and the table data from a relational data base 11, and stores them in a before process table storing area 30 temporarily. A different value extracting means 40 extracts the value of the line data of the designated column to be developed, as the different value data without overlap, on the basis of a before process directory information, and stores it in a different value data storing area 50. A column definition informing means 60 develops in the column definitions of the number of the items of the different value data, and generates an after process directory. Based on the after process directory, an after process table data are generated, and the after process directory information and the after process table data are temporarily stored in an after process table storing area 80.
