PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of water by making it possible to drain water without manipulating a water draining plug in a hot water supplier installed on ceiling by providing a water supply port of the hot water supplier with an air-charge valve which opens when the water supply pressure is applied to the valve and closes when the water supply pressure is gone. CONSTITUTION:When a device is used for normal purposes, that is, when a main water supply valve 2 is open, an air-charge valve 12 is closed by the pressure of supply water which is applied to a supply water port 3, and the device is used as a normal hot water supplier. During water drainage, the main plug 2 for supply water is closed, and then a supply hot water plug 11 is opened. Then the pressure applied to the air- charge valve 12 becomes almost the same as the atmospheric pressure and opens the air-charge valve 12. At this time, the relation between the head (h) in the water channel in a device A and the head H between the supply water port 3 and supply hot water plug 11 is h<H, so that the water staying in the plug A is drawn by the water in the supply hot water piping 10 due to the syphon effect, and air is introduced from the air-charge valve 12 to drain water completely from the hot water supply plug 11.
