PURPOSE:To allow even a visually handicapped person to confirm the setting by adopting the titled controller such that a notice tone of a sounding body at the reception is changed depending on kinds of the setting of the control of a control means. CONSTITUTION:In depressing a switch of a switch group of an input means 2, a control means 1 receives the setting. The means 1 changes the setting of time sequentially at each depression of switch. In this case, the means 1 sets a frequency division ratio of a frequency divider circuit 7 to a tone color of a piezoelectric buzzer 4 corresponding to a tone 'La' of the music scale in case of the 15min setting and corresponding to a tone 'Si' in other cases, outputs a buzzer signal to an AND circuit 9 for nearly 0.2sec to energize the buzzer 4 for the notice. Thus, the tone of the buzzer 4 is 'La' in case of, e.g., 15min setting and 'Si' in other cases. Since the time is confirmed from the energizing circuit of the buzzer 4 and the tone color, the titled controller is used for even a visually handicapped person.
