摘要 PURPOSE:To equally distribute a light to be measured, to each photodetector by splitting a light made incident on the incident end of a multi-split fiber of random specifications from an optical system, to the light receiving device of each emitting end, and also, arranging its incident and on a non-image forming position of the optical system. CONSTITUTION:The light from one point P of an object to be measured is made to form an image by an optical system such as a lens L, and made incident on an incident and I0 in a non-image forming position separated from its image forming position. This incident light is split to emitting ends O1-O3 of a fiber FB, and led to respective light receiving devices D1-D3. Many pieces of optical fiber elements which are led to each emitting and O1-O3 are bundled at random in the incident end I0, therefore, the incident light to respective light receiving devices D1-D3 is split roughly equally. In such a way, a collected light by the optical system is received by the fiber FB so as to be split into respective light receiving devices D1-D3, therefore, the arrangement of the light receiving device and a circuit system is not restricted by the optical system. Also, since the incident end I0 of the fiber FB is arranged on the non-image forming position of the optical system, the light cam be split quality by the synergetic effect of a defocusing effect by the optical system and the random property of the fiber FB.
