PURPOSE:To easily adjust a gear mechanism for a precise driving, by minimizing a back-lash of a constant-mesh of a pair of a driving gear and a driven gear by an energizing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotation driving device 6 and a driving gear 8 driven thereby are provided on a blanket 4 which is supported so as to be oscillatable through an oscillating pin 30 by a base 2, and also, whose one end is energized by an energizing mechanism 18. Also, to one end part of a shaft 12 supported so as to be freely rotatable by the base 2, a disk 10 for loading a measuring instrument is fixed, and to the other end part, a driven gear 14 is fixed so as to be engaged to the gear 8. A position variable mechanism for changing a position of the gear 8 against the gear 14 energizes the gear 8 in the direction for bringing it close to the gear 14, at the time of engaging a pair of the gear 8 and the gear 14 by the energizing mechanism 18, and operates so as to minimize a back-lash of a constant-mesh, therefore, the adjustment of a gear mechanism for a precise drawing can be easily executed.
