PURPOSE:To make an arbitrary position into a cylindrical part, by a method wherein a linear material is made flat at an arbitrary position at the time of manufacture of a corrugated pipe by winding a semimolten tapelike material and the linear material around the external circumference of a core metal. CONSTITUTION:A tapelike material 20 and a linear material 21 supplied from a supply source 18 are supplied on a rotor 15 of the external circumference of a core metal 13, the materials supplied by the rotor 15 rotating by a rotation of a supporting shaft 14 are wound spirally, a wound part is moved gradually in the direction of a shaft center of the core metal 13 and a corrugated pipe part 11 on which a spiral protrusion is formed by the linear material is formed. Then when a cylindrical part 12 is formed, rollers 22a, 22b are made to move toward pinching and pressing position, the semimolten linear material 21 is crushed along with the tapelike material by pinching and pressing, made into a flat beltlike body 21a and wound around the core metal 13, through which the cylindrical part 12 is formed. |
