PURPOSE:To simplify an operation for connecting many opposite destinations by reading out a dial number from a dial number storage means, calling an opposite destination by automatic dialing and automatically transmitting a speech message read out from a message storage means. CONSTITUTION:A dial signal transmission means 3 reads out the dial number from the dial number storage means 2 so as to call an opposite station by automatically dialing and when the opposite station answers to establish the connection of telephone line, a line connection control means 4 connects the message storage means 1 with a telephone line l and also outputs the speech message stored in the message storage means 1, then releases the connection of telephone line after outputting the speech message. Thus calling the opposite destination and transmitting the speech message can be executed through one action, so that the operation for connecting many opposite destinations can be easily executed.
