PURPOSE:To improve a working property and safety by horizontally installing a pair of board receiving guides on a frame awhile providing a blanking board conveying device for sending in a blanking board which is loaded on said board receiving guides onto a guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A blanking board inserting device 11 has a frame 14, and the whole device is removably installed on a paper discharge frame 1. And, a pair of right and left board receiving guides 20 are provided at the same height and the same interval as body side guide rails 6, on the right and left brackets 19 of the horizontal member 14a of the inserting device 11. Blanking boards 8 are loaded on the rear half parts of the board receiving guides 20 while a guide plate 21 is fixed to their front half parts. And, by driving a chain 32 stretched around sprockets 27, 31 which are provided on the horizontal member 14a, a pusher 33 pushes the blanking board 8 on the lowest stage along the board guides 20 and inserts the board 8 onto the guide rails 6.
