PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency for on-line, by providing a function to a communication controller CCV so that a line group having a lower priority on system is limited to the number of lines possible for processing of the CCV, and reducing load to an electronic computer, when an amount of communication is overcrowded. CONSTITUTION:The position of a line connecting mechanism LS established for link is arranged to a communication line display register 7 from a communication controller control section 2', the position of the LS of a line with priority is arranged on a priority line display register 6, and the number of normal lines established for link is arranged to a communication link counter 15. The information is transmitted to an enable mask generating circuit 12 a value of the processable maximum number of links the number of lines with priority-value of counter 15, i.e., the number of the LSs possible for reception without link establishment, is calculated, and the position data of the LS possible for link establishment is generated based on the calculating value. This position data and data of position of lines established already for link are set to an LS operation control register 14. |
