PURPOSE:To carry out the filling of fluid, the measurement of pressure, or the like, by engaging the L-shaped through holes provided in a ball with an outflow passage and a service port flow passage by turning a stem by a prescribed degrees of angle. CONSTITUTION:In a housing chamber 1f of a T-shaped valve box 1, both ends of which are made to be an inflow passage 4a and a service port 1b having a service port flow passage 1c respectively, and the remaining upper end is made to be an outflow passage 1a, a ball 5 having L-shaped through holes 5a is housed. In a front-seat condition in which an inflow passage 4a is closed by the ball 5 by turning a stem 2 and further the outflow passage 1a and the service port flow passage 1c are opened, the filling of fluid, the measurement of pressure, leak test, air purge, or the like are carried out from the service port 1b.
