发明名称 INFRARED RADIATION THERMOMETER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accurately measure the temp. of a substance not stabilized in its emissivity such as a molten metal, by holding the peak of each output signal of a multielement array for detecting infrared rays. CONSTITUTION:The infrared rays emitted from the molten metal of a furnace 60 are formed into an image on a multielement array for detecting infrared rays through the optical system 20 of an infrared radiation thermometer TH. The digital outputs corresponding to the temp. of the corresponding molten metal region from multiple elements are compared by a peak holding circuit 30 equipped with a comparing circuit and a memory circuit and the peak value thereof is held. Corresponding to this held value, an operation part 4 calculates the max. temp. being the true temp. of the molten metal to display the same on a display part 50. Therefore, the temp. of a molten substance not stabilized in its emissivity such as the temp. of a molten metal abruptly changing between a surface oxide film and the exposed part thereof is accurately measured.</p>
