PURPOSE:To disable a television from receiving picture on a set channel at a set time by providing a CPU and a memory and outputting information inputted from an operation panel to a television tuner part and electrically controlling the tuner part. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard is used to input information related to the television broadcast time and channels to a controller provided with the CPU and the memory, and this information is not only displayed on a display device but also outputted to the television tuner part, and channel and the broadcast time of the television are electrically controlled. Information not only is outputted to the tuner part but also may be outputted to turn on/off a power source. Thus, the channel and the broadcast time of an undesired program are set to prevent picture of this program from received on the television.
