PURPOSE:To be able to start a transistor motor even if a load is of a spring system by restrain the output of a feedback pulse when a rotor is reversely rotated, and obviating the feedback of the rotating speed. CONSTITUTION:The normal rotation sequence of a position detection signal is stored in advance in a normal rotational position detection signal table 214. Normal/reverse rotation discriminating means 218 discriminates the normal/ reverse rotation of a rotor depending on whether position detection signals sequentially stored in first-third memory means 208, 210, 212 coincide with the normal rotation sequence or not at each variation of position detection signal. A discrimination signal is output only when the normal rotation discrimination of the rotor is continued, and a feedback pulse is output from output means 222. |
