PURPOSE:To speed up A/D conversion processing, to reduce the drop of signal processing of a signal processing means and the load of the means and to output a highly accurate digital signal by providing the titled device with a selective specification means, a signal holding means and a data processing means. CONSTITUTION:A dual port 1 is used also as a signal holding means to hold data written by a microprocessor 14 (signal processing means) or a microprocessor 3 the functions of having a selective specification means and a data processing means. When the processor 3 specifies an optional signal selectively from plural analog inputs inputted to a multiplexer 11 independently of the signal processing of the processor 14, the signal is held in a port 1 through an A/D converter 12. The processor 3 executes the prescribed data correction processing of the signal and rewrites the processed signal in the port 1. Consequently, the A/D conversion processing can be rapidly executed, the load of the processor 14 can be reduced and a highly accurate digital signal can be outputted.
