UP/DOWN SIGNAL SWITCHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To distinguish the titled signal from different analog signals by sending an UP or DOWN signal in accordance with the compared result of the time required for transferring the 1st mode transferred from the 2nd mode to the 3rd mode with a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal raised in accordance with the increase of a rotational angle of a rotary body rotated from an original position set up as a start point in one direction and reached to the maximum value or decreased and reached to the minimum value is transferred from the 2nd mode to the 3rd mode through the 1st mode. At that time, the time required for transferring the 1st mode to the 3rd mode after transferring the 2nd mode to the 1st mode is decided. When the time is shorter a prescribed time, the sending of a DOWN signal at the time of transferring the 1st mode to the 3rd mode is interrupted and the DOWN signal is turned to the UP signal and sent at the time of transferring the 1st mode to the 3rd mode. When the time is longer than the prescribed time, the DOWN signal is sent at the time of transferring the 2nd mode to the 1st mode. Consequently, both the analog signals can be distinguished.
