PURPOSE:To prevent electrostatic charge to enable constantly accurate printing, by a method wherein a squeegee comprising an electrically conductive rubber is earthed. CONSTITUTION:To a frame 1 consisting of wood, aluminum die-cast, or the like, a screen 2 which is provided with a form to be printed and made of a gauze of silk cloth, nylon, etc., a plain weave stainless steel, or the like is installed with an appropriate adhesive. A printing mount 3 is disposed downwards of the screen 2, and the screen 2 is held by an appropriate supporting means so as to be vertically movable over the printing mount 3. The printing amount 3 is loaded with a recording medium 4 such as paper. A squeegee 6 consists of a conductive rubber 7 and a holder 8 of a conductive metal or synthetic resin mounted on the upper end of the rubber 7. An earth wire 9 is connected to one end of the holder 8 at one end thereof and to the printing mount 3 at the other end thereof. The earth wire 9 connected to the printing mount 3 is allowed to perform an electrical discharge into air or ground from the printing mount 3.
