PURPOSE:To perform the twisting and winding of a linear body with good operability by fitting plural bobbins via a supporting body to a pair of the respective hollow shafts by their providing on a center rotary shaft, and winding a linear body on the other part of bobbin group while one part of bobbin group performs a twisting. CONSTITUTION:A center rotary shaft 11 and 1st hollow shaft 23a are directly connected by a 1st clutch mechanism 41a, a 1st rotary frame 29a is locked at the position stepping over a bobbin 27a and the 1st rotary frame 29a and 1st bobbin group 27a are rotated with a center shaft 11. The linear body 31 drawn from each bobbin 27a with the rotation of a flyer 33a is drawn to one end of the center rotary shaft 11 via the guide hole 13 of a large diameter part 11a among a guide roll 49a, hollow shaft 23a and 23b and twisted on a core material 17 by a twisting mouthpiece 33 via a guide roll 51. Meanwhile a 2nd bobbin group 27b is made in rest state by a clutch mechanism 41b at the other side and the winding of the linear body 31 is performed to each bobbin 27b by a linear body winding mechanism 43.
