PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a device due to a counter electromotive voltage of a ceramic piezoelectric substance or the like by providing a diode between a base and a collector of a transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A diode 19 is provided between a base of a PNP TR 7 and a collector of an NPN TR 9. Even if a counter electromotive voltage of the ceramic piezoelectric substance given up to 3, 4VP-P in the titled drive output circuit device through the constitution above, an output terminal does not have a negative voltage so as to prevent the malfunction of the circuit device due to the counter electromotive voltage. |
