PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition suitable as a humor absorbent for sanitary articles, hygienic articles, etc., having improved water absorbing characteristics, power fluidity and dust prevention, by blending high water absorbing resin powder with a specific amount of stearic acid and a specific amount of inorganic powder. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. high water absorbing resin powder (e.g. partial hydrolyzate of starch-acrylonitrile graft polymer, etc.) is blended with (B) 0.1-5 pts.wt., preferably 0.2-3pts.wt. stearic acid and (C) 0.1-10pts.wt. preferably 0.2-7pts.wt inorganic powder (preferably silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium oxide, talc, etc., having <=30mum) to give the aimed composition.
