<p>The connector comprises a carrier (1) adapted for fitment to a machine and a holder (130) adapted for fitment to a tool or an attachment. The carrier comprises two elongate hollow members (2), each of which contains a slide (11) situated displaceably therein, a chamber (4), which is situated between the hollow members, and displacement means (15, 27) for displacement of the slides. The connector has connection means for the interconnection and disconnection of the carrier and holder. The connection means include at least one first connection member (131) on the holder engageable with at least one first connection element (120; 113A) on the carrier, and at least one second connection member (133) on the holder engageable with at least one second connection element (113) attached to the slides.</p> |
