PURPOSE:To enable a power generating operation with a low capacity of power by a method wherein a wind mill also acting as a flywheel is rotated at a high speed under a compressed air applied by a compressor and a dynamo is rotated through a deceleration transmission means under a rotational force of air. CONSTITUTION:A small diameter pulley 5 is fitted on a rotating shaft for a flywheel 4 also acting as a windmill, a large diameter pulley 6 is fitted on a shaft 10 for a dynamo 1 which is arranged in parallel with said rotating shaft. Both pulleys 5 and 6 are connected through transmission means such as a belt, etc. A pulley 8 is fitted on the shaft 10 and it can be rotated through a belt, etc. under a totation of the pulley 7 fitted to an output shaft of the motor 2. To the flywheel also acting as the wind mill 4, a pipe 9 for use in blowing compressed air from the compressor 3 is led, while the flywheel 4 also acting as the windmill is rotated at a high speed and the shaft 10 can be rotated in a low speed and with a low torque through pulleys 5 and 6 and the belt. |
