PURPOSE:To use common processing mechanisms in any language without taking calling procedures of respective languages into consideration by providing a shared storage area whose position is fixed and generating a mechanism, which writes values in this storage area, and a mechanism, which takes out values from this storage area, by each language itself. CONSTITUTION:A storage area 50 is provided, and a reading part 14 for data transfer from the area to a register 11 and a writing part 15 for data transfer from the register 11 to the area 50 which are described in a program language A are generated in a processing group 10. A reading part 23 for data transfer from the area to a stack 21 and a writing part 24 for data transfer from the stack 21 to the area 50 which are described in a program language B are generated in a processing group 20. The processing group 20 is varied in accordance with the use of this device. When the processing group 20 is described in a program language C, the processing group 20 is not changed when viewed from the processing group because the data transfer method of the program language C is not beyond the processing group 20 whatever method the programs language C adopts for data transfer, and it is unnecessary to change the processing group through the language B is changed to the language C.
