PURPOSE:To improve seizure resistance by subjecting an outside layer formed of a high-Cr cast iron material which contains specific ratios of C, Ni, Si, Cr, etc., and is crystallized with graphite and an inside layer formed of steel products having high toughness to diffusion joining by hot isostatic pressurization. CONSTITUTION:The outside layer 2 formed of the high-Cr cast iron material which consists of 2.4-3.4% Cl, 4.5-10% Ni, 2.0-3.4% Si, 5-10% Cr, 0.5-1.5% Mn, 0.4-3.0% Mo, <=0.1% P, and <=0.08% S, and is crystallized with graphite and the inside layer 3 consisting of the steel having the high toughness are subjected to diffusion joining by the hot isostatic pressurization. The seizure resistance is improved by such constitution. |
