<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative product with hand and texture as good as natural products by a method wherein a laminating sheet, which is produced by applying a resin with releasability in such a manner as to fill recesses, and over the whole surface of which a large number of fine vent holes are formed, is put upon a body to be laminated so as to be heated and pressurized under the state wherein its circumference is surrounded by cushion material. CONSTITUTION:Emboss is produced onto the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet by using an embossing plate or an embossing roll. Next, resin 2 having releasability is applied onto the embossed surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 in such a manner as to fill recesses completely in order to produce a laminating sheet 3. In addition, a large number of fine vent holes 5 are formed over the whole surface of the laminating sheet. Next, the laminating sheet 3 is put upon a body to be laminated 4. Further, an integral product of the laminating sheet and the body to be laminated is formed under heat and pressure under the state wherein its circumference is surrounded by cushion material 6 with large air permeability. Finally, the resin 2 with releasability is removed.</p> |
