PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in resolving power and halation and to permit faitful reproduction of characters, etc., by sticking a sheet, by using its tacky surface, to the surface of a photosensitve resin film formed on a screen and exposing the same to for mink permeating holes thereto. CONSTITUTION:A positive surface which shields light of characters, etc., is formed on the surface of the sheet 1 having the tacky surface 2 and the sheet 1 is stuck, by using its tacky surface 2, onto the surface 5 of the photosensitive resin film formed on the screen 4. After the sheet is exposed, the unexposed photosensitvie resin and the sheet 1 are removed by a solvent treatment and printing is executed by using the silk screen stencil having the ink permeating holes formed as a result of such process. Then, the positive sheet directly drawn on the sheet surface 1 is brought into tight contact with the film surface 5 of the photosensitive resin without being subjected to history such as photographing. Said sheet is then subjected to exposing in the state of high resolution. The ink permeating holes to be finally formed, therefore, permit the silk screen printing in the state of extremely good reproducing power. |
