<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to surely cut off a siding material and to simplify the structure of an apparatus, by setting the first cutting blade and the second cutting blade at the front and the rear of a running truck, carrying out cutting of a rear material and foamed material by means of the first cutting blade depending on a length measuring signal output from a pulse type length-measuring device, controlling the movement of the second cutting blade and carrying out cutting of a base material. CONSTITUTION:To cut a siding material 4 by means of the first cutting blade 16 and the second cutting blade 22 placed on the front and the rear of a running truck 12, a pulse type length-measuring device 42 which rotates while it is brought into contact with the lower face, and outputs a pulse being proportional to the rotated angle, is set, and when a set cutting length becomes equal to the delivered length, the running truck 12 is switched over to a synchronized controlling and the running truck 12 and the siding material 14 are made in a body by means of a press rod 40 and a roll 41 and the rear material 3 and the foamed material 2 are cut by means of the first cutting blade 16. Thereafter, at the same time when clamping is released, a signal for retreating is sent to the running truck 12 and a motor 14 is thereby controlled in such a way that the running truck comes to a cutting position where the second cutting blade 22 is set. It is therefore possible to position with high accuracy and to enhance the dimensional accuracy of cutting.</p> |
