Heterocyclic amines of formula (I) and their salts are new: where A is (opt. substd.) phenyl or naphthyl, pyridyl, thienyl, tetralyl, quinolinyl, benzofuranyl, quinazolinyl, benzothienyl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinolinyl or 1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro -2-naphthyl; X is -CH2, -CO-, -CHOH-, -CHMe- or -CH(CH2NEt2)-; m is 1-3; n is 0-4; Y is C or N; Z is -CH2-, -CO-, -CHOR1-, -CHHal-, -CH=, or a group of formula (II), (III) or (IV); R1 is H, lower alkyl, acyl, aralkyl or heteroaralkyl, Hal is halogen; B is phenyl or naphthyl opt. substd. by one or two groups chosen from halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; Z-B may be bound at either of the positions starred on the ring. |
