PURPOSE:To enable the production of a solid-phase conversion reagent which is safe for workers and is uniform, by connecting two acrylic plates, the one having a plurality of suction holes and the other having one vacuum pump connecting section in communication through a packing having a vacant chamber being formed. CONSTITUTION:A multichannel joint section 260 is provided for connection between nozzles 106a for draining residual liquid at a nozzle section and a residual liquid draining device and made up of two transparent acrylic plates 262 and 263 and a packing 264 or the like provided therebetween. Stainless steel pipes 265 with the same number as the nozzles 106a are inserted into the acrylic plates 262 and connected to the nozzles 106a through a tube connector 266 and a tube 267. A vacant chamber 267 is formed in the packing 264, as communicating with the pipes 265. As one joint 268 is mounted on the acrylic plate 263 so as to communicate with the chamber 267, the multichannel joint section 260 is connected to the residual liquid draining device having a vacuum pump through the joint 268. This achieves a higher working response and a maintainability during the sucking operation thereby assuring a reduction in the cost for piping. |
