PURPOSE:To simplify the structure housing and holding a cleaning body and to easily exchange the cleaning body by forming a holding part on the base seat detachably attached to a frame body, and holding the cleaning body with the holding part. CONSTITUTION:The air cleaner is provided with the blower unit consisting of an electric motor 19 and blower blades 27, and the air permeable plate like cleaning body 7 removing the contaminants in the air. In the frame body 2-5, a suction opening 31 and a housing part 34 of cleaning body are formed in the lower part, and a blower unit is disposed in the upper part. The base seat 5 formed with the holding part 48 of the cleaning body 7 is mounted in the suction opening 31 of the frame body 2-5. Thus, such a structure that the holding part is formed on the base seat which is detachably mounted in the frame body and the holding part holds the cleaning body makes the housing and holding structure of the cleaning body simple as well as the exchange of the cleaning body easy. |
