PURPOSE:To stabilize triboelectrification quantity of a nonmagnetic one- component type toner and to render its distribution sharp and uniform by specifying the triboelectrification quantity and fluidity of said toner. CONSTITUTION:The triboelectrification quantity of the nonmagnetic one- component type toner is controlled to +30-100muC/m<2>, and its fluidity defined by an amount of toner remaining on a 100 mesh sieve when 100g of the toner is placed on the sieve and the sieve is vibrated in a vibration frequency of 50Hz and a vibration width of 1mm for 30sec is regulated to <=5g. The resin to be used for this toner is a styrene-(meth)acrylate-aminomethacrylate copolymer, preferably, having a glass transition point of <=50 deg.C and a softening point of 110-160 deg.C, and a preferable triboelectrification quantity of the resin to be used for this toner is +25-150muC/m<2> of the surface area. |
