<p>PURPOSE:To reuse the bottom section of a bottle for saving resources by hollowing the central section of a bottle bottom together with a base cup and discarding the whole section. CONSTITUTION:A bottle is cut into an upper section at the upper end of a label and a lower section at the lower end of the label. The upper section 1 of the bottle is crushed and reused as a plastic material. The middle section 2 from the upper end through the lower end of the label is not suitable for the molding material and discarded, since the printing ink and adhesives are adhered to the surface of the bottle. The central section of the bottom of the bottle to which adhesive is coated is hollowed together with a base cup 4 and the taken out section 7 is discarded, while the remaining portion of the bottle bottom 3 and the base cup 4, which are easily separated from each other, are crushed separately, for reusing the same as molding materials. Thus, by reusing bottom section of the bottle, the thickest wall of the whole bottle, waste portion of used bottle, can be minimized.</p> |
