PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct the management of tools, surely with less labor, by using an IC card to automatically count the frequency of use of a tool while the management of the tool is carried out. CONSTITUTION:The content stored in a memory section 1 may be initialized at a suitable time by manipulating a key board 15, and when a die (a) is set at a first station on a turret, a tool number (a) is stored in memory with respect to the station number 1 while shape data, a receiving date and a polishing date are described. Further, zero or a past hit number D0 is set on a hit cycle number describing column. When an NC device 13 is operated, a tool use frequency indexing section 7 indexes the used number of the die (a) at the #1 station, and therefore, the cycle number of hits are automatically accumulated on the hit cycle number describing column. In such an operation as mentioned above, the number of hits of the die is automatically accumulated on the accumulated number memory part 1 in the IC card and is displayed on a CRT 17 by manipulating the key-board 15, thereby it is possible to know the time of polishing and the time of discarding at one glance. |
