HUMAN LYMPHATIC CELLULAR STRAIN, HYBRIDOMA, ANTIBODY AND PRODUCTION OF ANTIBODY

PURPOSE:To stably produce an antibody, by forming hybridoma of a human B lymphatic cellular strain TAW-925 or a subcultured strain thereof and a human lymphocyte transformed with Epstein-Bar virus. CONSTITUTION:A hybridoma capable of producing an antibody of human B lymphatic cellular strain TAW-925 or a subcultured strain thereof and human lymphocyte transformed with Epstein-Bar virus is cultivated in a culture medium. The antibody is then separated, purified and recovered from the culture medium by an ordinary means for purifying proteins. For example, the cultivation supernatant is taken out by centrifugation, salted out by using ammonium sulfate in about 30-60% concentration and centrifuged, etc., to separate and collect precipitates. The supernatant is then subjected to column chromatography and eluted to afford the aimed purified antibody.
