The brace consists of a plate piece bent into a basic channel shape with a bottom (18) and inclined walls (19,20). The channel walls narrow from the bottom upwards, and at one end have a recess (21) accommodating the one flange edge part of the plate beam. At their opposite ends the walls have a recess to take the other flange edge part of the beam. The channel bottom has recesses or slots (23) for fixture of e.g. support components for electrical switch or junction boxes. |
